Corporate Social Responsibility, MSE, Junín RegionAbstract
The present research project has as its main objective to analyze and compare the corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices implemented by micro and small enterprises (MSEs) located in the highland and jungle areas of the Junín region. CSR represents the voluntary integration of social, environmental, and ethical concerns by companies into their operations and relationships with their stakeholders. Given the economic and social importance of MSEs in Peru, it is relevant to understand how these smaller enterprises assume their social responsibility in different geographical and cultural contexts.
To address this objective, a non-experimental, cross-sectional research methodology with a descriptive scope will be employed. Quantitative instruments, such as surveys, will be designed to collect data on the various dimensions of CSR in a representative sample of MSEs from the highlands and jungle of Junín. Additionally, complementary qualitative techniques, such as interviews and focus groups, may be used to gain deeper insight into the phenomenon under study. The collected data will be analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and, if necessary, other inferential methods.
