The scientific journal of the Early Childhood Education Study Program is a
dissemination medium run by eighth-semester students and teachers of the
Program of the National University of the Center of Peru.
As a scientific medium, the compilation of articles that are the
result of the research of teachers, as well as graduates of the
Early Childhood Education Study Program and graduates of the
Faculty of Education is presented.
The first research article analyzes the impact of the organizational
climate on the work performance of early childhood teachers, highlighting the
relevance of a favorable work environment for the achievement of educational
objectives.
The second article emphasizes teacher performance and academic
performance in students who are linked to and influence the teaching-learning
process of the UNDAC - Tarma University.
The third article investigates the evolution of Artificial
Intelligence and how its perception is given among teachers and
higher education students to guide an ethical and effective
implementation.
The fourth article aims to establish the influence of the application of the "Aprendance" program in the development of gross psychomotor skills in 5-year-old students from the district of Huancayo.
The fifth article establishes the influence of the "Maqui-Títere" program in the development of social skills in 5-year-old students from the I.E. N° 498 in the district of El Tambo - Huancayo, where it is concluded that the high level was reached after developing the program.
The sixth article seeks to explore the influence of the Quilling Workshops in the development of these skills in 5-year-old children, to analyze the visual-motor and visual-manual coordination.
