Abstract

The investigation influences the intervention of the organizational cybernetics and the systemic approach for the design of the management system of the organization; justified in the possibility of improving organizational effectiveness, increase concepts of organizational systems and engineering management systems. The objective is immediately develop effective innovations through the analysis, organizational design of the institution. Likewise, the research initiates a systemic interpretative study of the institution, then, designs a management system through organizational cybernetics and processes. Definitely, communication evidence , organizational control and effectiveness in the management system of the organization.
