The investigation was carried out in the city of Huancayo, 25 male guinea pigs of 11, 13 were used, 15, 18 and 21 weeks of age, race "Huanca"; the objective was to evaluate epidídimos weight, spermatic concentration and percentage of motility. Being formed 5 groups of 5 guinea pigs each one, the guinea pigs were fed with concentrated commercial and corn "chala". The results obtained for spermatic concentration were: 29,82 x 107; 36,854x 107; 35,00 x 107; 43,53 x 107, and 49,38 x 107, for 11, 13, 15, 18 and 21 weeks respectively; they were significant differences among ages, the percentages spermatic motility were: 30,49; 42,27; 40,82; 44,95, and 42,67% for 11, 13, 15, 18 and 21 weeks of age respectively; they were significant differences, the pesos of epidídimos averages were: 1,11; 1,15; 1,27; 1,56 and 1,55 grams for 11, 13, 15, 18 and 21 weeks of age respectively. They were significant differences, concluding that the biggest spermatic
concentration registered to the 21 weeks of age (49,38 x 107), and of a smaller concentration they were the guinea pigs of 11 weeks of age. The highest percentage of spermatic motility was in guinea pigs of 18 weeks of age, and a smaller percentage of motility was for 11 weeks of age, and the highest weight of epidídimos average was for guinea pigs of 18 weeks of age, continued by the guinea pigs of 21 weeks of age (1,55 grams); likewise guinea pigs of 11 weeks of age (1,11 grams), those that reported a smaller epidídimo weight were.
