Abstract

he essentials yield of oils was determined that present the dry leaves of Romero (Rosmarinus officinalis L..) coming from the town of Uñas, Huancayo. Was determined there were used leaves dried for off  two weeks, an under; these were carried out three distillation rehearsals being obtained 0,75 mL of oil essential of greenish yellow color on the average; in recently distilled solution it presents on in the surface a ring of milky coloration; in each essay it was used 30 grams of leaves with 300 mL of distilled water. The used method of distillation was the haulage of vapor, based on the INDECOPI 319.079 Norma with modification according to the existent conditions. The yield average in weight of the obtained oil was 0,57%, for leaves with a humidity content average of 0,385%. The color of the essential oil was yellow greenish, recently distilled it presents a ring in the surface of milky appearance. The humidity content of leaves at two days of being gathered was of 210%.
