Abstract

The present investigation is about the experimental proposal to measure the electrical resistivity in fixed areas as will as its electrical resistance, parameters which are of vital importance to carry out calcutation for making puddles to ground connections with the purpose and of protection electrical security. This work is consider in the item of applied technology, especially the electromagnetion applied to the electrical engineering speciality and it is the result of joining the circuital method and the method of hemisphesical electrodes. When joining both methods a new idea come up which was put in practice for the students of the V semester of Electrical and Electronics engineering faculty (FIEE) two groups were formed and both groups used hemispheric electrotes of the some size, the first group used 6 cm electrodes and 5 cm electrodes for the second group. From the many experiments carried out by the first group only three measurments were considered and two the second group which make a total of five expements for obtaining the average ranged of the electric resistenty in the surro unding area next to the chemical and electrical engineerning faculties at the university campus (At the west side).
