Design of integral proportional controller derivative of temperatura of an electric furnace for cooking bread and similar products

The present research work, in which the mathematical model of the thermal system of the plant has been developed, once the function of transfer is found, the second step has been to select the element for measuring the temperature in the furnace; the thermocouple due they are commercial, cheap and replacement, are provided with standard terminals and are measured in a wide range of temperatures. In comparison to other temperature measurement methodologies, thermocouples do not require external sources for their operation. Once these two elements are chosen, the next step is to select the PID controller. It is necessary to mention that the digital controller is the one adopted to perform a temperature control.In this work the dynamics of the proposed termal system is very slow, the analysis and design of the system it is considered in continuous time; the control signal goes to the actuator which in this case, is a solidstate relay that requires its input of 3-32 VDC and its output works of 24-380 VAC.
