The rite and the Mayan offering: the sacred foods for the creative gentlemen

The diet of the native peoples in America today, still maintains its cultural and gastronomic identity very strong, the result of an ethnic resistance that despite the onslaught of modernity and globalization is still in force. This continuity is reflected in the ritual and the food that is offered in it, the rite will be the act of communion of man with his creator and the food the sacred offering that feeds the vital energy of the creators.
