Abstract

This article is based on the qualitative hermeneutical method, which discovers the joint meaning of all expressions of human life when they are very complex when observing from below the leadership distributed in managers in times of the COVID-19 pandemic focused on remote education. To achieve the development of competencies in the members of the educational community, where the manager initiates, promotes, facilitates, manages and coordinates the transformation process of the educational institution, demonstrating adequate behavior and attitude, counting on people who exercise leadership from the inside After determining the quality and educational success, the semi-structured interview technique was used, giving it an adequate and timely solution, expanding these resolution procedures in educational institutions.
