Un caso de Papiloma urotelial invertido en uretra prostática

Se reporta un caso que fue atendido y tratado en una Clínica de la ciudad de Huancayo. Corresponde a un paciente varón de 25 años que presentó hematuria y síntomas obstructivos similares a un paciente con obstrucción prostática que fue incrementándose paulatinamente. Fue diagnosticado endoscópicamente y requirió cirugía RTU. Luego de RTU mejoró la sintomatología, especialmente la frecuencia miccional y chorro miccional. El resultado exitoso del único caso tratado nos señala que puede presentarse este tipo de patología en varones jóvenes.
