Abstract

Body composition evaluates the physical constitution of the body, it serves to measure the distribution of adipose tissue, muscle tissue and other body components. Stress is a characteristic phenomenon observed in humans, whereby the body automatically responds to threatening or challenging situations as a result of exposure to various surrounding elements. This study identified body composition and stress in teachers. Thesis articles were reviewed in university repositories from 2019 to 2022; only 5 publications met the selection criteria. It was found that in body composition the vast majority have a high percentage of fat mass, are overweight, have little physical activity, and in terms of stress, they have high levels of academic stress.
