Abstract

The main factor of this research was online education, which has had a kind of disparity with respect to its face-to-face counterpart, since quality was not assured, which is why delving deeper into student satisfaction on this aspect becomes a high priority in order to improve the quality of university education. In the methodological aspect, there was a study population of students of the accounting faculty of the National University of Central Peru in the semester 2022 – II, which are approximately 366 students, the sample was 191 students. Thus, this research is a pioneer in the use of instruments based on the work of Clayton (2007) for the criterion of online virtual environments in Peru. Resulting in a significant relationship between online education environments and student satisfaction of the accounting faculty of the National University of Central Peru, semester 2022-II. TThis can be evaluated through the estimation of the rho Spearman statistic with a value of 0.561, finding as main factors in the improvement of satisfaction that has been implemented: computational ability, physical resources, collaboration between students, teaching support, active learning, friendly design of information and reflective thinking, there will be greater student satisfaction in the university environment studied.
