Resumen

La presente investigación tuvo como principal factor la educación online que ha tenido una especie de disparidad con respecto de su par presencial, pues no se aseguraba la calidad, es por ello ahondar más en la satisfacción estudiantil sobre este aspecto se hace sumamente prioritario a fin de mejorar la calidad de la educación universitaria. En el aspecto metodológico, se tuvo una población de estudio a alumnos de la facultad de contabilidad de la Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú en el semestre 2022 – II, que aproximadamente son 366 alumnos, la muestra fue de 191 alumnos. Es así que esta investigación es pionera en la utilización de los instrumentos basados en los trabajos de Clayton (2007) para el criterio de los entornos virtuales online en el Perú. Teniendo como resultado una relación significativa entre los entornos de educación online y la satisfacción del estudiante de la facultad de contabilidad de la Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú, semestre 2022-II. Esto se puede evaluar a través de la estimación del estadístico rho Spearman con un valor de 0.561, encontrando como principales factores en la mejora de la satisfacción que se tenga implementado: la habilidad computacional, recursos físicos, colaboración entre estudiantes, apoyo docente, aprendizaje activo, diseño amigable de la información y pensamiento reflexivo, se tendrá una mayor satisfacción estudiantil en el entorno universitario estudiado.
