The Impact of COVID 19 on children in the Nuevo Futuro Peru Household Association: new measures for the well-being of children from the perspective of social work.

Abstract

The objective of this article is to make known the reality of children at risk or family unprotected, who for this reason are housed in the Residential Reception Center "Asociación de Hogares Nuevo Futuro Perú", as a protection measure. Likewise, it is necessary to contextualize the research in the current period, due to the different challenges and difficulties that COVID 19 causes for the Institution and the achievement of its projected objectives for this year in favor of the integral development of the population. This diagnostic research is the product of the collection and systematization of in-depth documentary information from the target population and of the contact with expert professionals that make up the institution in support of observation and analysis in the research process. On the other hand, it is relevant to mention the work of the social worker within the association and especially in the current context of pandemic, where the commitment to the career and the population is observed through their intervention from the orientation and social management, raising proposals and solutions that it offers for the problem in which it finds itself due to the health crisis, adapting to the need for change to continue contributing to the quality of objectives established by the institution.
