Organizational climate and job performance in teachers of state preschool institutions in the district of El Tambo

The work presented below was developed in order to determine whether or not there is a relationship between Organizational Climate and Work Performance in teachers of public pre-school institutions in the El Tambo district, in a non-probabilistic sample made up of 85 teachers. It was hypothesized: There is a direct and significant relationship between the organizational climate and job performance of state institutions in pre-school teachers in the district of El Tambo - Huancayo. The method used in the development and completion of the research is the scientific method. A method, according to Sánchez and Reyes (2006), is the process in which the research topic is dealt with through inquiry, applying technical procedures, strategies and tactics to answer the research question or test the scientific hypothesis. Whose results of the application of the questionnaires of organizational climate and work performance of the Likert scale, was that there is a moderate positive relationship between the organizational climate and work performance, whose correlation coefficient is 0.578.
