Abstract

The energy of the workforce to meet organizational goals is dimensioned by the level of vigor,
dedication and connection imposed by employees; argument, which makes it necessary to
address the issue of work engagement strategy that allows increasing the portfolio share - share
of wallet - of the advisers of the Mibanco agencies in the province of Satipo.
The present study addresses the subject in four chapters, its purpose is to propose a work
engagement strategy in order to increase the portfolio share of the advisers of the Mibanco
agencies in the province of Satipo, for which purpose the study aims to demonstrate that the
proposed work engagement strategy will increase the share of wallet of Mibanco's advisers in
the province of Satipo, with a propositional explanatory scope.
The research, as a methodological procedure, organized the methods, type, level and design.
Due to the characteristics of the study, we worked with a population of 37 credit counselors,
the study is cross-sectional, as research instruments for data collection, the questionnaire, the
registration form and the interview guide were used. through the techniques the survey, the
signing and the interview, respectively.
The result concluded that there is statistical evidence, level of sig. = 0.000 less than 0.05, which
indicate significant improvement generated by the proposal; thereby validating the proposal
formulated as a result of the study
