Abstract

The purpose of this essay is to value tutoring with a humanistic vision in the exercise and coexistence of the educational actors where the integration and expression of emotions are visualized, which influence as fundamental strategies in developing and strengthening the integral formation of the tutored. The figure of the tutor is the one who inspires confidence and provides protection, besides being a proactive person who has emotional intelligence, being empathetic with the singularities of his students. The teacher must be accompanied to develop and manage tools that allow him/her to fulfill his/her work in the praxis of tutorial accompaniment.
